We’ll cover the theory of composition, an essential foundation for every cake artist who wants to design harmonious, breathtaking cakes. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, this small boutique group ensures one-on-one attention from Sona herself. She’ll help you identify your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and guide you to break free of your comfort zone. Fondant Covering

Fondant Ruffles

Fondant Textures with Everyday Tools

  • All supplies and materials provided for in-class use

  • Lunch, snacks and beverages will be served

  • These are In-Person Classes, at our studio in Toronto​​. 

  • Classes run from 9:30am - 6:30pm (If necessary you might stay longer)
