In this hands-on workshop, Sona will guide you through her signature vegan sugar paste—a flexible, unbreakable gumpaste that makes creating delicate, lifelike flowers easier than ever. You’ll practice stacking and covering real and faux cakes with fondant, then bring everything together into breathtaking floral compositions. By the end, you’ll have the skills to create edible centrepieces that look like fine art and impress at any event.

  • Lunch, snacks and beverages will be served

  • These are In-Person Classes, at our studio in Toronto​​.
