This intimate, hands-on experience is designed for beginners who are just starting or experienced bakers who want to take their skills to the next level by creating stunning, one-of-a-kind Sculptures, using real cake. Limited to a small group of students, this class ensures personalized, in-person guidance as you learn everything from building strong cake structures to adding exquisite finishing touches.

You will Learn​​

Ganache for Sculpting:

  • Learn to make the perfect ganache for a smooth and sturdy sculpting base. Ideal for sculpting

Stacking and Sculpting Real Cake:

  • Learn to layer and carve real cakes, creating a solid base for your edible artwork

Building Strong Cake Structures:

  •  Build a strong structure for stable assembly and safe delivery 

Mediums:

  • Learn to make modelling chocolate both with white and dark chocolates, tailored for freestyle sculpting, perfect for detailed designs

  • Signature rice crispy recipe designed specifically for sculpting

  •  Learn to temper cocoa and chocolate.

  • An overview of difference of chocolates and how they work 

Tools:

  • Work with various molds, and tools that will help you to create textures and sculpt any design in mind 

Finding Inspiration:

  • Learn how to turn your creative ideas into edible sculptures with practical brainstorming and design tips

Sculpting Techniques:

  • Develop your freestyle sculpting skills and carve unique, eye-catching designs

Painting & Texture Creation:

  • Explore creative ways to paint your modelling chocolate, including using brushes, airbrushing tools, textured cocoa, velour spraying, hand paint, pilled wall texture methods
